Terms of use and app license
A few straightforward rules for the website, with a direct link to the license that governs the iPhone and iPad app.
The essentials
- The website is free to browse and has no account or photo-upload form.
- For the iPhone and iPad app, Apple's Standard EULA applies unless a different app license is expressly presented through the App Store.
- Golden Moments is a recreational picture game, not a medical assessment or treatment.
- These terms do not remove consumer rights that apply to you by law.
1. Publisher
Golden Moments is published by Cloudjet Solutions Pte. Ltd., Singapore. For questions, email apple@locuno.com. These website terms cover browsing and using our public website.
2. Which agreement governs the mobile app?
The iPhone and iPad app is licensed through Apple's App Store. Unless a custom EULA is explicitly provided through the relevant App Store listing, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license. This page does not replace or amend Apple's Standard EULA.
The current App Store listing governs Apple distribution, compatibility, and displayed prices. Android versions downloaded through Google Play are subject to Google's distribution and purchase terms and applicable consumer rights. The existence of a proposed future feature on this website does not mean it is available in the app they can download today.
3. Use of this website
You may read, link to, and personally use the website's small illustrative picture activity. Please do not misrepresent website content or imply that we endorse a product, treatment, or service. Content and branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Any uses permitted by law or applicable open-source licenses remain permitted.
There is no public photo posting, website account, or cloud picture storage. The web example uses the site's own illustrations and does not request your photo library.
4. Your photos and the rights of others
If your installed app version lets you import photographs, choose only pictures you may lawfully use and display. Take particular care with images of children and of people who cannot easily express consent or preferences. The app creates working copies; it is not a replacement for keeping your original photos in a safe place.
We do not acquire ownership of photographs you choose for local activities. Selecting a picture in an app does not give us permission to publish it, and our app has no service for uploading your family-photo collection.
5. Recreational purpose and medical limitations
Golden Moments offers picture games and conversation prompts for leisure and shared time. The app is not intended for disease screening, cognitive scoring, diagnosis, monitoring, therapy, treatment, or prevention. A correct or incorrect match does not measure anyone's memory, capacity, or health.
If a person is tired, distressed, or uninterested, end or change the activity. For decisions about health or care, ask a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Read the full safety note.
6. External providers and purchases
Apple, Google Play, GitHub, and linked caregiving websites operate independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control all services linked from this site. A link is not a medical endorsement.
If an App Store purchase exists in the version you use, Apple's billing and refund processes govern that transaction, subject to your rights under applicable law. You can use Apple's purchase-support website for eligible refund requests. The current site does not take payments or maintain a payment account.
7. Availability and lawful protections
We try to keep the site accurate and accessible, but outages and changes can happen. Not every picture or activity is suitable for every individual. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is supplied as available without additional assurances beyond applicable law and any express agreement.
Nothing on this page excludes a consumer right or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights, or require a particular court to hear a dispute.
8. Rights concerns, privacy, and changes
If you believe a photograph, logo, or other material on our website infringes your rights, send apple@locuno.com a link to the material and enough information to explain your concern. Avoid sending unrelated private files or medical records.
We may update these website terms and will show the effective date. Changes do not retroactively override legal rights or a separate app-store license. For personal information, see our mobile app privacy policy or website privacy notice.
