1. Who operates this website?
Cloudjet Solutions Pte. Ltd., Singapore, publishes the Golden Moments website. For privacy or support inquiries, contact apple@locuno.com. This notice is specifically for the website. The mobile app privacy policy covers Golden Moments on iPhone, iPad, and Android where available.
2. Browsing and the example game
The website is a static collection of pages. Its own code does not use visitor analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies to track you, and it does not run a backend account or photo-storage service. The illustrated matching activity runs in your browser. It doesn't request your Photos library, upload files, or keep your play history after the page closes.
You can adjust browser zoom or use assistive technology without registering or sending details to us.
3. Hosting and technical data
GitHub Pages delivers the site. Like other web hosts, GitHub may handle IP addresses, requested URLs, browser or device information, timestamps, and security logs as part of serving and protecting the pages. These hosting records are managed by GitHub; we do not have a website analytics dashboard that profiles visitors. Read GitHub's privacy statement for its data practices.
Links to Apple's App Store, Google Play, external caregiving information, and email open separate services. Those services may collect their own information under their published policies.
4. When you contact us
Sending us email shares your address, message, and any attachments you include with us and the email services involved. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or required by law; we review records for deletion when no longer needed.
For your privacy, please do not send photos of relatives, diagnoses, patient files, identity documents, or payment details just to ask for routine help.

You can leave this website without creating an account or deleting a site profile; none is created by us. For information you voluntarily emailed, you may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights where applicable by contacting apple@locuno.com. We may need to verify authorization and may keep information when law requires it.
Requests involving information managed solely by Apple, GitHub, your browser, or email providers must also be directed to the relevant provider.

The website is designed for older adults, families, and caregivers, not directed to children under 13. We do not operate a child's account or ask visitors to provide health information. Hosting and email providers may process data outside Singapore subject to applicable laws.

About the mobile app
